How to contact Falcon's Support team.

Got a question about Falcon? We are here to help.

Our support team is there for you 7 days a week and happy to help out.


1. Contact Support within the Falcon Platform

  • Open the platform (
  • Press on the icon in the bottom, right-hand corner
  • Click 'New Conversation' and write us a message


2. Send an email to [email protected]

When an email is received our platform automatically creates a support ticket notifying our Support team who will follow up on your case. You will be contacted as soon as possible.


3. Just click the button 'submit a ticket' below


Hot tip: Sometimes you'll need a helping hand from our Support team. The best and most effective support requests stem from detailed descriptions

Note, if you submit a ticket to us via Zendesk, you will need to create a Zendesk user in order to track the progress of your support ticket.
