How to contact Falcon’s Support team.

Got a question about Falcon? We are here to help.


1. You can contact Support from inside Falcon’s Dashboard:

  • Log in to the Falcon Dashboard (
  • Press on the icon in the bottom, right-hand corner
  • Select New Message, write us your message and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.



2. You can also send an email to

When an email is received our platform automatically creates a support ticket notifying our Support team who will follow up on your case. You will be contacted as soon as possible.

Support is available 7 days a week.

Hot tip: Sometimes you’ll need a helping hand from our Support team. The best and most effective support requests stem from detailed descriptions

Note, if you submit a ticket to us via Zendesk, you will need to create a Zendesk user in order to track the progress of your support ticket.
