How to contact Falcon’s Support team.
1. You can contact Support from inside Falcon’s Dashboard:
- Log in to the Falcon Dashboard (https://app.falcon.io/)
- Press on the icon in the bottom, right-hand corner
- Select New Message, write us your message and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.
2. You can also send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
When an email is received our platform automatically creates a support ticket notifying our Support team who will follow up on your case. You will be contacted as soon as possible.
Support is available 7 days a week.
Hot tip: Sometimes you’ll need a helping hand from our Support team. The best and most effective support requests stem from detailed descriptions.
Note, if you submit a ticket to us via Zendesk, you will need to create a Zendesk user in order to track the progress of your support ticket.
