How to profile your customers in Engage.
Profile cards in Engage give you a quick but rich insight into who you are engaging with. They are displayed on the right-hand side of your conversation within the Multifeed. The profile cards contain an overview of key customer information, such as historical activities, internal notes, and you can link directly to the profile card within the Audience explorer.
This provides valuable context to create more personalized customer engagement and service on social.
- Edit user information directly within Engage which will update their Audience profile card in the Audience explorer.
- See and add Labels.
- Get a quick overview about past conversations (Activities tab).
- Add Notes from Engage and @mention other Falcon users to alert their attention to this profile.
