Add users.

Learn how to create new users & setup your Falcon organization.

1. Select your user icon in the upper right-hand corner of the platform and select Organization in the drop-down menu.

2. Choose Users from the left-hand sidebar. 

3. Select the New User button and determine the permissions settings, role, team etc. of the user.



Note – The new user will have access to all channels, which are assigned to the team he or she is part of.

Hot tip: You can edit a user’s role, assign them to new teams, or determine their access to the content pool.
