Mentions.

Learn how to dive in to your Listen mentions.

Mentions is the section of Listen where you will be able to deep dive into the mentions of your projects, thus enabling you to find valued and actionable content.

As we listen to over 4 million sources worldwide we've developed Mentions to help segment your projects into areas that are easy to analyze and react to.

Mentions works seamlessly with your current Listen projects and can be accessed in numerous ways, including the activity source, mentions, topic titles, trending terms, demographics, you name it.

DIVE INTO METRICS

The interface is designed to help users explore social data further that is similar in composition — keywords, time, or date — these functions have been added to all existing listening projects as well as automatically appearing in any future projects. By navigating to these incoming metrics, users can dive deeper into the search results to source ideas for content development and future brand engagements.

ADVANCED SEARCH

On top of all this we are now able to bring all results for each listen project that you have set up, so if you see 100 returns on your search you will see just that, 100. We have given you the tools to target those mentions most important to you so that you never miss a tweet, post or news reference.

Date and Time

Crunch your data by week, 2 weeks, a Month or a Custom Range of 1 day up to 90 days.

Filter by keywords

You can also filter Listen projects further by keywords. By typing relevant keywords in the search bar this further distills your data into bespoke and actionable content.

Custom Filters

Take advantage of custom filters, giving the flexibility to define your search targets. It's easy - simply take action by using the drop down menus and inverts. It’s possible within the custom filter presets to deep dive by listening topic, source, country or media type.

Display

Choose your preferred display with the sort view option: here you can choose either newest or best matches to be displayed first. Moreover, with the view type option you are able to choose between viewing these messages as a list or a card format.
