For Administrators – Switching Team View.
Administrators in large organizations or organizations managing many channels and teams are, by default, exposed to all information and data within the organization. This can occasionally make reporting complex due to large data volume, especially if your objective is to create reports at a team level.
Administrators can ‘assume’ the view of a specific team to help focus on tasks at hand.
STEP-BY-STEP: ASSUMING A TEAM VIEW
- Select your avatar in the upper right-hand corner of the platform.
- From the drop-down menu choose the first option, which allows you to see all teams in the organization.
- Select the team to which you would like to limit your view.
- After selecting the team, the page will reload and after that the view will be limited to that of the respective team.
As you can see, the Customer Care team that has been used as an example here, only has access to one channel. This is reflected when viewing the Listen sections.
Note – The system will remember your last team selection and that will be the view you will be starting out with at your next login.
