Chrome Extension Guide.

Simplify the process of saving assets from Chrome directly into the Content Pool.

The Falcon Chrome extension is the best way to quickly and easily add images and pages directly from your Chrome browser into the Falcon Content Pool. Build up your original, third-party, and user-generated content on the go. Download the extension right here and follow the below steps for more guidance.

ADDING IMAGES WITH THE EXTENSION

There are two ways to add an image to the Content Pool using the extension:

1. When hovering over an image you will see a blue  Add to Falcon button. Click on this button and you will be redirected to save it as a stock item in the Falcon Content Pool.

2. Right-click on the image and select Add image to Falcon to save it in the Content Pool.

Note: The image on a page must be a minimum width of 350px and a minimum height 25px in order for the Falcon extension to work.

Hot tip: You may customize the position of the blue button or disable it. Right-click on the extension log from your browser menu and click on Options. Here you can select the "Image overlay" to be off or on and change the position of the overlay.

ADDING PAGES WITH THE EXTENSION

There are two ways to add a page to the Content Pool using the extension:

1. Click on the Falcon extension logo on your extensions menu:

2. Right click on the page you would like to add, and select Add page to Falcon from the drop-down menu.

Note: All images and pages added to the Content Pool through the Falcon Chrome extension will automatically have a From Chrome label attached to them. At the time of saving the asset to the Content Pool, you will not be able to edit this label or add new labels.

When adding the stock item to the Content Pool, please be aware of the disclaimer in the top left-hand corner that indicates which organization you are signed into and where the stock item will be saved.
