Below is a summary of what’s new in the Falcon platform for the week commencing 16th May 2016.

We are now The platform has been given a fresh updated look, while retaining all the fundamental features you know and use today.

Falcon now empowers marketers to draw real people from data.

Audience is a people hub that combines information from multiple touchpoints.

With its deep links with Engage and Listen, you can start to map out your customers’ journey like never before.

Read more about how to use Audience here.

Note, Audience is not yet available to all Falcon customers.


You can now arrange Engage into multiple feeds, allowing you to take full control of your social inbox.

Existing filters can be converted into feeds, you can add new feeds as well as moving feeds around by clicking on the top of a feed and then dragging and dropping.

You will also see more in-depth information about your engaged users in the new profile card once Audience is activated.

The profile card can be accessed by clicking on a user’s name.

The information presented in the updated profile card is tied in with Audience. Here, you can also add notes about users and review their past activity, across all of your social channels.



It’s now possible to create Audiences based on Listen projects.


You can now evaluate the types of conversations that are trending in Engage and identify any overlapping topics with the Engage Labels report.


It's now possible to set the duration by which posts are promoted to Facebook & Instagram Ad sets.
