– Video in tweets
You can now engage your Twitter audience even more effectively by posting video in tweets. There are special requirements that your video must meet, detailed here.
LISTEN & ENGAGE
– Danish, Norwegian and Swedish support
You can now assess sentiment of both your Listen results and incoming mentions in Engage for the Scandinavian languages Danish, Norwegian and Swedish. Read more on Sentiment here.
– Business hours settings support
– New metric – Avg. Wait Time
Team Performance reports can now factor in the business hours that your team works within. The new Avg. Wait Time metric allows to see how long a customer has been waiting for a reply, while the Avg. Response Time metric measures how quickly your team responds – taking business hours in to account.
