Well, the G2 Crowd reviews are in, folks. We’re proud to announce that has been rated a ‘Leader’ among Social Media Suites in their latest Enterprise Grid Report. We’d like to thank the academy, mom and dad, and of course, our amazing customers.

What is G2 Crowd?

If you haven’t already heard, G2 Crowd is the world’s leading platform for business software reviews. They offer crowd-sourced reviews on all sorts of B2B software from actual users—and it’s all updated in real time.

This makes it easier for B2B software buyers to make the right decision when selecting products, whether they’re looking for a great CRM or the best social media management tools.

Here’s a quick explainer straight from the horse’s mouth:

G2 Crowd’s latest Grid report categorizes the top social media management tools into four categories based on both market presence and customer satisfaction.

Those with lower customer satisfaction and market presence are considered ‘Niche’. Those with higher market presence and lower satisfaction are ‘Contenders’. Those with higher customer satisfaction but lower market presence are ‘High Performers’.

Finally, the select few social media tools with both a large market presence and a high degree of customer satisfaction are considered ‘Leaders’. We’re pleased to say that’s where we’re ranked.

As you can see, the G2 Crowd Grid visualizes the four categories as four quadrants on a graph. We’re in the upper-right ‘Leader’ quadrant due to our high average user satisfaction ratings and our significant customer base of medium and large businesses.

Online customer review sites have gained significant traction in recent years.

For good reason: people have always valued word-of-mouth recommendations, and this has only escalated with the internet and social media.

Brightlocal’s most recent consumer review found that 84% of consumers trust online reviews as much as personal recommendations.

Another study found that 97% of consumers say customer reviews factor into their buying decisions.  iPerceptions found that 60% of regular internet users said they were more likely to buy online if they could read peer comments first.

Those stats just go to show how the consumer-brand dynamic has transformed thanks to digital technology. Review sites like G2 Crowd now have more weight than ever, and online customer reviews are extremely important to consumers trying to pick the best software tools.
