We just closed our fiscal year with some stellar numbers—we beat our growth target of 40%, and to cap it off we are extremely excited to announce that we are acquiring social media management platform Komfo.

The addition of the Komfo team to our own is great news. We’re gaining a lot of talented people alongside Komfo’s social media advertising and analytics capabilities that will greatly augment our own.

We’re now in a position to expand in every way, but I’d first like to reflect on our other great milestones from the last twelve months.

We exceeded growth expectations
As mentioned, we had set an organic revenue growth rate goal of 40% for FY 2017 and have comfortably exceeded it. Our year-over-year client growth rate was 45% in the U.S. alone. We now have around 1,500 customers from around the world.

Product highlights
We hold a number of coveted partnerships with the leading social media networks, and these relationships enable us to adapt to quickly support their new releases and product changes.

In mid-2017, that meant we were the first social media suite to support publishing Instagram Stories as well as advanced Instagram measurement. In the same period, we added full Facebook page metrics to our platform.

The year has also seen an escalation in our API integrations. Our current integrations include Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, Brandwatch and HubSpot. By opening up our application programming interface (API), we’re allowing customers to integrate Falcon with their existing martech stacks.

In most cases, this can be done with plug-and-play ease and speed, which is not usually the case with platforms like ours.

What does the acquisition mean?
In a nutshell: an even better platform and extra talent to grow it further. and Komfo are a snug fit not only in terms of our software capabilities, but also in terms of our dedication to providing an exceptionally simple and aesthetic UX—a testament to our joint Scandinavian origins, we like to think.

In addition, Komfo’s social media advertising and analytics are world-class and will enable us to strengthen and enhance our own offerings in those areas.

When you add Falcon’s uniquely turn-key quality to the mix, we believe we are closer than any other vendor to providing what midsize and enterprise companies are missing: a platform that unifies the modern digital front office as never before.

We will be welcoming the entire Komfo customer base to Falcon. Depending on their location, our new customers will be handled out of our New York, Copenhagen, Berlin and Budapest offices.

A platform for growth
This is an enormous step for everyone involved, but one we know will lead to fantastic things for everyone as well. With all this new talent on board, we can expect to accelerate and hopefully smash what were already ambitious targets for this year.
