Falcon.io Closes Its Fiscal Year With Bumper Revenue Growth and an Acquisition.
NEW YORK – February 22, 2018 – Falcon.io, a leading social media and customer experience SaaS platform, closed its fiscal year this month with a 40% organic revenue growth. This week the company also announced its acquisition of social media platform Komfo in an all-cash deal.
The New York- and Copenhagen-headquartered company has expanded its customer base to approximately 1,500 with the addition of brands such as Goodyear Dunlop and Time Inc. UK. At the same time, it is reporting a 45% year-over-year client growth rate in the United States.
In other 2017 highlights, Falcon.io scored two industry firsts by being the first social media suite to support Instagram Stories publishing as well as advanced Instagram measurement. In the same period, the Falcon platform added full Facebook page metrics.
CEO Ulrik Bo Larsen says that Komfo’s social advertising and analytics capabilities will greatly augment the Falcon platform – as will the wealth of talent from Komfo that will join the Falcon.io team. He adds:

The acquisition of Komfo consolidates Falcon.io’s position as the European market leader. Komfo’s existing customer base will immediately join Falcon.io’s, while the majority of Komfo staff will join Falcon.io’s Copenhagen, New York, Berlin and Budapest offices, as well as remain at Komfo’s former office in Sofia, Bulgaria, which will become a Falcon.io location.
This development marks the latest milestone in a sustained period of growth in which Falcon.io exceeded its revenue targets, while earning a ‘Leader’ rating on business software and services review site, G2 Crowd.
