Falcon.io and StoryStream announce platform integration

Falcon.io customers can now unlock the power of User-generated Content (UGC) with the StoryStream integration. This will allow them to bring the voice of their customer to life across social media channels and the web, and tap into the ROI hiding in their social media following.

Copenhagen, Denmark, November 8, 2021 — Falcon.io, a Cision company, today announced its integration with StorySteam, the leading UGC curation and management platform. This integration will allow customers to identify UGC, manage and automate rights requests for use, and then push collected UGC into the Falcon.io Content Pool — a seamless end-to-end solution for earned social media content inside the Falcon.io platform.
