  • Employer/Admin(s) of the account on our platform which your user is associated with.

2.4.1 Purpose
Personal data is collected when you apply for a job position and when we are conversing with potential candidates. The data is processed when assessing candidates for job positions, and transferred to a employment file if hired.

  • Contact information (e.g. Full name, email address, mailing address, phone no.)
  • Professional qualifications (e.g. CV, language fluency, education, certifications, publications, references and works)

In order for Falcon.io to pursue its interest in processing your application for a job position, and finding qualified candidates, Falcon.io will process the information as submitted, and available on your online professional profiles or websites. If you are hired for a position, we have an interest in storing your application data on your employment file, which will be treated in accordance with our internal policies.

Consent
In order to provide you with information on future job opportunities, you can consent to Falcon.io storing your information for a longer period. Note that consent is voluntary and can be withdrawn at any point in time.

Personal data processes on the basis of legitimate interest

  • Data is stored until the a job role you applied for, or an alternative role which you have indicated interest in, has been closed.

  • Data is stored for 6 months following the time of consent, unless consent is withdrawn at an earlier stage.

We will be processing your personal data to measure and research Falcon.io brand and marketing efforts.

  • Falcon.io is pursuing its legitimate interest in researching, analysing and creating derivative statistics on the market’s opinion on Falcon.io brand and marketing efforts, to assess Falcon.io’s competitive landscape, impact of marketing efforts and adjust its business model, products and services accordingly.

3. Transfer to countries outside of the EU/EEA

As mentioned above, we will transfer your personal data to certain recipients, which may be residing in countries outside of the EU/EEA. For the respective categories of recipients, the countries and mechanism of transfer are:

Transfers to third countries will only occur in accordance with the specific purpose (as listed under each article). Falcon.io will always ensure necessary guarantees are in place in order to to safeguard your personal data, before a transfer is initiated to a country outside the EU/EEA.

4. Disclosure

Except as set forth above, Falcon.io will not disclose or share your personal data with third parties unless it is lawful, and notifying you (as permitted by law). Falcon.io may disclose or share personal data if:

  • You request or consent to Falcon.io doing so;
  • Falcon.io is required to do so by law, or as required by administrative or court order;
  • Falcon.io needs to defend, protect or exercise its legal rights, or defend against legal claims or demands;
  • Falcon.io is acquired by, or merged with, another company.

5. Your rights

You have the following rights:

  • You have the right to request access, correction and deletion of your personal data.
  • You also have the right to object to the processing of your personal data and have the processing of personal data restricted.
  • You especially have an unconditional right to object to having your personal data used for direct marketing.
  • If the processing of your personal data is based on consent, you have a right to withdraw your consent at any time. Your withdrawal will not affect the legality of the processing of your personal data up until the withdrawal time.
  • You have the right to receive your personal data, which you have provided to us, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format (data portability).

We may use “cookies”, pieces of information that Falcon.io’s webserver sends to your computer’s browser file. When you return, Falcon.io’s or a partner’s site will detect whether you have one of Falcon.io’s cookies on your computer. Falcon.io’s cookies help provide additional functionality to the Service and helps Falcon.io to analyze Service usage more accurately. For instance, the Services may set a cookie on your browser that keeps you from needing to enter a password more than once during a visit to the site.

When visiting Falcon.io’s websites, Falcon.io may also place third party cookies, which are used for marketing purposes. Falcon.io and its partners use these cookies, in order to deliver relevant marketing content to you when you visit Falcon.io’s or third parties’ websites.

The Falcon.io Services use Google Analytics for collecting cookie and usage data. Google Analytics is a web analysis service provided by Google Inc. (“Google”). Google utilizes the information collected to track and examine the use of the Services, to prepare reports on its activities and share them with other Google services. 7. Revisions

Falcon.io may amend and update the Privacy Policy from time to time. The latest version of the Privacy Policy available on this website will always be the applicable version. If we make material changes to the Privacy Policy we will notify you via email or chat (if available) and otherwise announce it on the website.
